This paper presented CAD-Gen, a framework for generating new, CAD-ready fonts. By moving beyond bitmap generation and utilizing differentiable vector synthesis, we have demonstrated a pathway to automating typography design. This technology lowers the barrier to entry for custom font creation and opens new possibilities for responsive, context-aware typography in engineering and design disciplines.
